The WESTPAC Advisory Group Meeting 2016 was held at Qingdao, China, on 28-30 November 2016.

Among others, the major objectives for this meeting were to:

i. review the preparations for the 10th WESTPAC International Scientific Conference which has been scheduled on 17-20 April 2017, Qingdao, China;

ii. examine the progress made on all WESTPAC activities since the 10th WESTPAC session (WESTPAC-X, Phuket, Thailand, 12-15 May 2015); and

iii. evaluate new programs and activities to be established at the next WESTPAC session (WESTPAC-XI, Qingdao, China, preliminarily scheduled on 21-23 April 2017)
